Job Description
As a seasoned business leader, you will be responsible for driving the strategic roadmap for our key account with Coles, ensuring alignment with our organisational strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, manage trade promotional expenditure, and optimise trade spend.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a strategic business plan for Coles retail and online channels.
* Build and sustain joint business plans with account contacts.
* Provide clear direction to the sales team and internal stakeholders.
* Optimise trade spend by developing strategies that improve effectiveness and efficiency.
* Ensure all trade promotional expenditure stays within approved budget.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce.
* Negotiation training (i.e. GAP partnerships).
* Must have key account management experience in FMCG industry.
* Proven commercial acumen and knowledge of profit and loss statements.
* Background in top-level negotiations and people management.
