We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting our financial services operations.
You'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering insights and solutions that enhance customer experience, regulatory compliance, and business performance.
What You'll Do:
* Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through user stories, epics, use cases, acceptance criteria, process maps, and other analysis artefacts.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders and end users to validate requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Work with developers to translate requirements into effective technology and operational solutions.
* Support testing, requirement verification, and post-implementation reviews.
* Assist with production incidents, issue resolution, and business queries.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, practices, and project outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Business Analyst; experience in financial services or banking is highly desirable. Agile environment experience is a plus.
* Qualifications: Relevant degree or certification in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
* Skills & Attributes:
* Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex requirements into logical flows.
* Deep understanding of process interdependencies and impact assessment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing and presentations.
* Proven ability to initiate, influence, and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.
* Proven skills and experience with Application testing is a must have.
* Good experience in Creating Training Guides (Scribe proficiency a bonus).
