The Role
This exciting opportunity exists within our organization, reporting directly to Team Leader Customer Engagement. As a Vacancy & Occupancy Coordinator, you will play a critical role in filling Supported Independent Living (SIL) vacancies across the state, leveraging internal and external relationships to promote Activ's suite of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referrers, decision-makers, and families to develop a robust pipeline of leads.
* Build and nurture extensive relationships with customers and their families, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
* Secure and manage NDIS funding for customers, tailoring services to their individual needs and funding capabilities.
* Negotiate effectively with planners to address customers' support needs.
* Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Activ's accommodation services and vacancies state-wide.
* Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop growth strategies and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
* A First Aid Certificate.
* A valid Driver's Licence.
* A National Police Clearance.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
