About the Role
We're excited to welcome Occupational Therapists to our growing team! Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, we're looking for people who are passionate about helping others build independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life.
You'll work with participants across the lifespan, from young children to adults, with caseloads thoughtfully tailored to your strengths, interests, and experience.
Your role will include a mix of community-based work and opportunities to work from our clinic spaces, delivering meaningful, evidence-based therapy in a variety of settings.
What You'll Be Doing
* Completing assessments and delivering goal-focused interventions
* Supporting daily living skills, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and motor development
* Encouraging community participation and engagement
* Working closely with families, carers, educators, and other professionals
* Providing assistive technology recommendations and reports
* Delivering therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and the wider community
* Maintaining clear, high-quality documentation and reports

About You
* Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy
* Are AHPRA registered (or eligible) – new grads welcome!
* Value person‐centred, evidence‐based practice
* Enjoy working in community settings
* Have strong communication and report writing skills
* Are familiar with the NDIS (or keen to learn)
* Are organised, proactive, and values‐driven
* Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check and NDS Worker Screening
* Have a driver's licence and access to a reliable car
* Have Australian working rights
