Early Childhood Educator (Room Leader) - Westminster ELC
We're a local (Not-For-Profit) Early Learning Centre located on Chipala Road in Westminster (Perth, WA). We're focused on inspiring and nurturing children to become independent, confident learners, and you'll play a key role in making this happen as our new Room Leader (full time).

What you'll be doing:
Walking into our multicultural centre, you'll start the day with a warm welcome as the day begins. You'll lead the close-knit team of educators to ensure a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment for children. You'll promote our School ReadY program, manage compliance, and engage with children and families. At the end of your shift you'll leave knowing the children continue to develop in body, mind, and spirit.
You'll be great in this role if you...
* Have infectious enthusiasm and passion for early years education and care
* Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
* Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
* Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
* Have previous experience in children's services, developing and implementing programs for 0–5-year-olds
* Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children check
