Senior Project Manager and Project Managers Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage land development projects, including project definition, front-end planning, securing statutory approvals, concept development of enabling infrastructure, and acting as the client representative during the delivery phase.
* Facilitate statutory and authority approvals of masterplans and concept designs, oversee the efficient and timely delivery of enabling infrastructure and the handover to the service authorities.
* Develop high-level cost estimates, provide strategic advice, and lead a team of Project Managers.
* Prepare project scopes and arrange procurement of consultants to undertake land investigation and engineering concept designs; monitor project delivery and manage financial and risk management of each project.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to articulate project objectives supported by a well-developed understanding of complex land development issues.
* Ability to coordinate others to work effectively.
* Demonstrated ability in managing and providing advice on land development enabling infrastructure projects supported by excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Experience in procurement, tendering, and contract management.
