What You'll Be Doing Facilitate pre‑start appointments, guiding clients through selections and decisions with clarity and confidence Manage pre‑construction documentation, variations, and approvals from start to finish Coordinate closely with internal teams including Sales, Estimating, Drafting, and Construction to ensure accuracy and efficiency Assist clients with colour schemes, finishes, and product choices, offering informed recommendations Maintain clear and proactive communication so clients feel confident and supported throughout the process Ensure projects transition smoothly from pre‑construction into construction within required timeframes About You You enjoy working closely with clients while managing detail and deadlines behind the scenes. You value teamwork and take pride in contributing to a positive, respectful workplace culture. With experience in residential construction, you bring professionalism, organization, and a people‑first approach to everything you do.
