Seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive business growth opportunities and propel sales targets in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Foster new business relationships, consistently exceeding sales quotas across the territory by signing up new agents and expanding existing ones.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process for Independents, encompassing selling the entire product portfolio and implementing new locations.
* Responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and securing contracts with new agents, collecting necessary documents, submitting comprehensive packages, driving activation processes, and providing location training.
* Prioritize ramping up new locations to ensure they reach full revenue potential, manage existing accounts within the territory to increase same-store sales.
* Regularly visit high-performing locations to identify and address issues within the current network.
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in business development, external sales, account development, or customer service in Regional Australia.
* Effective management and conversion of a sales pipeline, strong negotiation and decision-making skills to win new business.
* Ability to present and listen to agents, build trust and confidence, excel at phone-based business development and face-to-face in-field sales for opportunity generation and conversion.
* Fluency in English is required; other foreign language skills are a plus.
* Organization, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment.
