We believe in going the extra mile to support our customers and are proud to help shape the future of the early learning industry.As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Management Accountant to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and success of our business.Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to take ownership of financial reporting, payroll, and compliance while also contributing to forecasting, and cash flow management. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key player in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently, across our group of companies in both Australia and New Zealand.Your responsibilities will include:Oversee all bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenancePrepare and present monthly consolidated financial statements, reconciliations, and management reportsAssist in preparing board reportsAssist in year-end financial statements preparationsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policiesManagement and process fortnightly payroll for the companiesOversee HR administration, including employment contracts and complianceAssist with developing and managing annual budgets and forecastsMonitoring the company’s weekly and monthly cash flowIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement more efficient financial practicesKey Selection CriteriaMinimum of 5 years of experience within a similar roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and proceduresProficient in Xero and other accounting softwareExcellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholdersPrevious experience dealing with remote teamsBachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)Proficiency in MS Office suiteLife at Juice TechnologiesAt Juice, we don’t just build great software – we build a great team.
