About the Role:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision
* Providing effective leadership and mentoring to in-store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment
* Ensuring compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies
* Maintaining excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service
* Supporting with staff training initiatives
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment
* Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams
* Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management, including inventory and expense controls
* Cultural Awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures
* Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
* Tech Savvy: Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
* Working Rights: Must prove unrestricted working rights within Australia
