Job Summary
\Helpers provide advanced technical support to ensure the smooth operation of cloud infrastructure and networking environments. As a Level 3 IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for leading escalations, contributing to project delivery, and mentoring junior team members.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex issues, deliver solutions to industry best practice standards, and mentor junior team members.

1. A minimum of 5 years' IT support experience with at least 2 years in a senior/Level 3 role is required.

2. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration is essential.
\
3. Experience with Windows Server Active Directory Group Policy virtualisation VMware Hyper-V is also required.
\
4. Networking knowledge including firewalls routing switching and VPNs is necessary.
\
5. Proven troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and cloud environments are required.
\
6. Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
\
7. Full working rights in Australia are required.
\
8. Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator or Microsoft 365 Expert are highly desirable.
\
9. Experience with backup disaster recovery and cybersecurity tools is an advantage.
\
10. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
