As our Part-Time Payroll Officer, you'll ensure our healthcare heroes across Australia are paid accurately and on time. This newly created role offers you the chance to work with a dynamic, high-performing team and contribute to one of Australia's big success stories.You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the Financial Controller and CFO, in a supportive environment where your expertise drives growth and innovation.What You'll DoWorking Monday to Wednesday, manage the end-to-end payroll process each fortnight for Family Doctor and its affiliates, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.Leverage your deep knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, and health sector awards to keep us compliant across all states.Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance to maintain precise employee data and interpret awards, contracts, and timesheets.Handle payroll queries, reconcile accounts, and contribute to audits and statutory reporting.Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance in our fast-paced environment.Who You AreA payroll professional with proven experience managing payroll for medium to large organisations across multiple Australian states.An expert in Australian payroll legislation, awards, and taxation, with strong attention to detail.Proficient in payroll software and advanced Excel skills.A clear communicator who handles sensitive information with integrity and discretion.Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
