We're growing fast, and we're looking for a CRM & Digital Executive who's fresh, energetic and ready to thrive in a fast‐paced v‐commerce environment.
THE ROLE
The CRM & Digital Executive is responsible for the management and implementation of TVSN's CRM strategy along with:
* Collaborating with the team to provide input and insight into the CRM strategy to enhance initiatives and audience engagement.
* Planning for, implementing and delivering campaigns to engage, grow and retain TVSN's customer base.
* Monitor data integrity and analytics of campaign processes.
* Ability to work with key stakeholders to develop creative briefs and gain approvals.
* Implementing email / SMS / Push marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
* Designing, building & executing lifecycle marketing programs / campaigns.
* Maintain a consistent focus on the quality of the customer experience through CRM and automated journeys.
* Measuring and reporting on the performance of all campaigns and assessing against objectives, KPIs and ROI.
* Collaborate as part of small, close‐knit, high performing team.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms essential, experience with Braze preferred.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Have at least three years of experience in implementing own channel CRM marketing campaigns.
* Proven experience developing complex end-to-end customer journeys that drive engagement and profitability.
* Data curious and strong data management & segmentation skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to work with stakeholders from all levels.
* Demonstrate fluent oral and written communication skills.
* Be a proven self‐starter, self‐planner and self‐learner.
* Show curiosity about and be interested in learning new technologies and platforms.
