Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Associate.


About the Role:

* This position involves recruitment and offboarding tasks such as drafting job descriptions, posting adverts, speaking to candidates on behalf of our clients, executing talent searches, and organizing onboarding and offboarding paperwork.
* Responsibilities also include reviewing applications, assessing suitability to vacancies, completing phone screens with shortlisted candidates, determining suitability for roles, salary expectations, and core skill sets.
* Scheduling interviews on behalf of clients and preparing candidates for success is also part of this role.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure our talent pool is effective, accurate, and full of warm leads for new roles.
* Counseling clients around salary guides, benchmarking data, time-to-fill metrics, recruitment best practices, and candidate management styles will also be an essential aspect of this position.
* Filling open roles for clients in a timely manner and ensuring the right candidate matches the position and core requirements is crucial.
* Developing our talent pool and engaging with future candidates is also an important responsibility of this role.
* Providing interview coaching and guidance to clients and candidates will be an added value for the company.


Requirements:

* A minimum of one to two years of professional work experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or internal) is required.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and employees are necessary.
* Detail-orientated and able to manage administrative tasks and data management is also required.
* A learning mindset – absorbing as much information about HR and people management as possible is an asset.
* A true team player – happy to give and receive assistance while working collaboratively with colleagues and clients is expected.
* An excellent communicator, both written and verbally is necessary.
* Tech-savvy and able to easily learn systems, processes, or programs without too much guidance is also required.
