As we continue expanding our footprint across Queensland and New South Wales, we're looking for a Senior Sales Representative who thrives in a competitive environment, follows a structured strategic sales process, wins new business, and strengthens genuine, long-term customer relationships.

The Opportunity

Your core purpose is to drive growth across QLD and NSW by securing new business across dealers, corporate groups and hire channels—while expanding sales within existing accounts through disciplined, value-based selling.

You'll be supported by strong product, operations and marketing teams, but your initiative, hunger and drive will set you apart. This is a role for someone who loves being in front of customers, selling solutions, and shaping a growing brand.

What You'll Be Doing

* Identifying, pursuing and securing new business across dealers, contractors, hire companies and resellers.
* Developing territory plans and strategic account plans aligned with revenue targets.
* Executing a disciplined end-to-end sales process: prospecting, discovery, value articulation, quoting, negotiation and close.
* Building strong, long-term relationships through on-site visits, follow-up and solution-based selling.
* Maintaining pipeline discipline and ensuring accuracy across forecasts, reporting and CRM activities.
* Representing OZ Buckets professionally at customer meetings, industry events and machinery shows.
* Bringing back market insights on competitors, pricing and industry trends to influence business decisions.
* Supporting after-sales service and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Experience & Attributes

Essential:

* 5+ years' sales experience in machinery, construction equipment, attachments, earthmoving, industrial or related sectors.
* Proven success in new business acquisition and exceeding targets.
* Strong strategic and consultative selling skills.
* Experience managing dealer accounts, hire companies or similar B2B customers.
* CRM competence, strong reporting discipline, and excellent communication/negotiation skills.
* Highly self-motivated, proactive and commercially aware.

Desirable:

* Experience in a scaling or multi-state sales environment.
* Technical understanding of excavator attachments or mechanical products.
* Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, construction or related fields.
