Our client is a contract manufacturer specialising in high-quality vitamins, supplements, and therapeutic goods. Due to consistent production growth, they are now seeking experienced, detail-oriented Coating & compression Operators to join their team across afternoon and night shift.
Responsibilities
As an operator, you will play a critical role in the core manufacturing process, ensuring vitamins and tablets are manufactured to precise client specifications and strict regulatory standards. Your responsibilities include machine setups, reading and comprehension of batch instructions, monitoring quality, and maintaining a pristine production environment as per required TGA manufacturing standards.
Shift schedule: afternoon shift 3pm – 11pm Monday to Friday, or night shift 11pm – 7am Sunday to Thursday.
Qualifications
* The availability to work five days a week consistently
* Previous pharmaceutical or food manufacturing experience
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to closely follow complex written instructions
* Capability to manually handle products up to 20kg
* Confidence and ability to work unsupervised when needed
* All required PPE – including steel capped boots and high visibility clothing
* A valid driver's licence and own vehicle
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment while meeting all OH&S regulations
