Bretts Pty Ltd is looking for a proactive and reliable Goods Inwards / Stock Control specialist to join our Raceview team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations — ensuring goods are receipted accurately, inventory is maintained to the highest standard, and our customers receive the exceptional service Bretts is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately receipt and label incoming goods in a timely manner
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and supplier errors
* Complete rolling stocktakes and maintain tight stock control processes
* Manage supplier returns and credits efficiently
* Conduct regular system and compliance checks, including load checks
* Provide outstanding service to customers in the yard, in-store and over the phone
This role is critical to ensuring our negative stock levels remain tightly controlled and our annual stocktake results stay within target.
What We're Looking For
* Current Forklift License
* Experience in building, construction or trade sales
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
* A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through
* Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
