This is a powerhouse office As one of the most successful Property Groups across the Sydney Metropolitan area, with one of the largest sales and leasing teams benefiting from their multiple office network, this is an office you will want to be a part of Providing bespoke customer service to achieve superior results, this team of professionals has been trusted with properties across a range of investors and developers. Currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the Director, this position offers the opportunity to provide accurate support to a busy CEO as the business rapidly grows across all aspects.


The Role:

Monday - Friday, you will act as the 'glue' of the unit and as the focal point for communications. This role requires you to be the eyes and ears for a busy individual:

* Co-manage Agent's diary
* Provide administrative support around the sales process
* Manage vendor, buyer enquiry, solicitors, etc.
* Real-time data entry in CRM system
* Prepare for listing presentations
* Administer properties through the sale process
* Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
* Contact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council, and solicitors, to ensure smooth progress of sales and timely appointments, as directed by the Principal
* Liaise with Vendors, tenants, outside agencies to arrange access and prepare properties for photo shoots
* Prepare pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs, and original contracts
* Undertake pre-settlement inspections
* Perform ad hoc administrative duties

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong work ethic and personal motivation
