This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of Sydney’s leading hospitality venues, working alongside Chef Neil Perry and a dedicated team that prides itself on excellence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a quality restaurant or hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality, with a strong knowledge of seasonal produce and classic dishes
- Confident in making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced, high-end service environment
- RSA certification and full Australian working rights
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
