Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Deckhand for an on-site role located in Sydney, NSW. The Deckhand will assist with day-to-day vessel operations, ensure the safe setup and rigging of the boat, and provide excellent service for guests during charters. Responsibilities include maintaining the vessel's cleanliness, assisting with docking and undocking procedures, ensuring guest safety, and contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Qualifications
* Experience with Vessel Operations and Boat Maintenance
* Knowledge of Rigging and Safety Procedures
* Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
* Ability to work well in a team and in dynamic on-water environments
* Previous experience in a maritime or sailing environment is a plus
* Coxswain Grade 11 or equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain one
