The Opportunity
Here at AIA we are proactively growing of Health Insurance product offering and leading the way in the industry. This has created a rare opportunity to join our Health Claims Team which will allow you to make a true difference to our members.
To do this successfully you will:
- Managing and assessing claims received from members and providers.
- Meeting our claims assessing rules standards in line with business fund rules, products and core systems.
- Managing member queries
- Liaising with Members and external parties
- Experience in Health Claims - ideally Medical or Hospital
- HAMBS and/or e5 preferred.
- Strong MS Suite skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
