Transport Training Academy are seeking professional and qualified HR or HC/MC Trainers and Assessors to join our Industry leading team on either a casual, part-time, or full-time basis due to a substantial increase in demand. Contract is also considered.
Positions is South of the river available with flexible working hours.
Duties & responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
* Assist students in completing necessary paperwork related to training and assessment
* Identify and report any vehicle faults to supervisor
* Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and procedures
* Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their driving abilities
* Evaluate students' performance and determine whether they are ready to progress to the next level of training
* Collaborate with other trainers and assessors to ensure consistency in training and assessment processes.
Position requirements:
* Heavy Rigid manual licence or higher
* Certification as a Qualified Instructor with the Department of Transport
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
* Clear and effective communication skills with people of all ages and genders
* Great customer service & interpersonal skill
* Professionalism, reliable and punctual
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
