Our client are a family owned Commercial agency located in the northern suburbs but with a real presence across greater Melbourne. They have been delivering the highest level of client service to their customer base for over 60 years. They are now recruiting for a Head of Department to drive and further bolster the incredible results already being achieved by their progressive and highly respected Property Management team.
Property Management is all about Trust and we are seeking a leader who lives and breathes the companies values; honesty, integrity, trust, care, transparency and humility. A large part of this role will be to drive growth with business development, hence we are looking for someone with proven strength in this area. We are looking for someone with passion and drive who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and go full steam ahead!
You will play an integral role in the expansion of your teams productivity, motivation and professional growth, leading by example through development and training. Your team and clients will know you are knowledgeable as soon as they shake your hand!
To ensure the success of this role, you will be provided a great deal of support by a very progressive Management team, with further assistance by a senior Commercial Property Manager, who's role assists the team at the every day escalation level.
On offer is an extremely appealing remuneration package circa $160,000 plus plus (wait...what does 'plus plus' mean.. the right person for this role will explain how you will achieve the overs and above when you meet with us!)
**The skills you will bring**
To be successful in this position you will possess the following attributes:
- Ideally your background will be from within Commercial Property management but this is not a prerequisite if you hold the pedigree of skills listed above
- Previous demonstrated success in leading, driving, supporting and amplifying your teams success
- Demonstrated ability to handle revenue responsibility and to meet/exceed annual financial targets and goals
- Hold an incredibly strong customer-centric approach
- Skills in managing multiple commercial processes i.e. new business, team focus, forecasting and identifying challenges to a positive commercial outcome
- Create and conduct client meetings, serving as a trusted advisor by understanding our customers existing needs and future successes
- You will be an organised, confident and a self-sufficient operator who easily builds relationships with key decision makers, with the ability to map solutions to client challenges.
