Overview
We are seeking a passionate and talented Poultry Vaccines Assistant Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing animal health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan for the poultry vaccines portfolio.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
* Support in defining product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional approaches.
* Monitor brand performance and suggest corrective actions based on KPIs (sales, market share, customer engagement).
* Support in developing brand communication materials (brochures, detailing aids, digital content, etc.).
* Provide training and marketing support to the field force, including product knowledge and communication tools.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
* Experience with vaccines or biological products is a strong asset.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
* Communication, creativity, and innovation in crafting and executing marketing initiatives.
