1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsDirect message the job poster from CareCone GroupInitial contract duration: 12 Months and extendableJob Description:Job detailsThe Master Scheduler will be responsible for leading the development, preparation, and maintenance of the program schedule.Key duties and responsibilitiesSupport and oversee schedules, plans, task coordination, dependencies, and timeline/critical path monitoring, including scheduling of program activities in consultation with stakeholders across the Indigo Program.Work with stakeholders to maintain, monitor, and provide analysis and reporting on the master program schedule.Produce high-quality documentation to inform status reports.Have a strong attention to detail and experience in managing quality assurance (writing, editing, proofreading) correspondence, briefs, presentations, and reports.Conduct evaluation of program activity progress, identify risks, and develop and facilitate intervention procedures where required.Support detailed program reporting activities.Provide accurate specialist advice, guidance, and reporting on functional responsibilities.Support the strategic uplift of program scheduling and continuous improvement of reporting artifacts to meet stakeholder needs.Make and communicate decisions using good judgment, expertise, and knowledge, governed by legislation, regulations, best practices, or relevant procedures.Perform additional duties or assume responsibilities as directed from time to time.Demonstrated experience developing and managing schedules in large-scale programs.Experience working in programs and projects, preferably using SAFe Agile methodology.Well-developed communication and documentation skills, including preparing documents for executives and steering committees.Ability to produce high-quality documents within deadlines.Advanced skills in project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project.Proficiency in using DevOps and Microsoft Azure DevOps for Agile projects.Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.Ability to manage competing priorities and strategic directions, remain calm under pressure, and respond flexibly to change and uncertainty.Strong analysis and investigative skills, exploring new ideas, identifying opportunities for improvement, and critical gaps.Interested candidates can share their updated resume at nidhi.goyal@carecone.com.au or contact +61 291 575 539.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesInformation Services and TechnologyInformation and Media
