What you'll do
Provide expert cost advice across all stages of construction projects, from early feasibility and design development through to procurement, contract administration, and final account. You'll help clients maximise value while managing cost risks and financial decisions.
Work across sectors like defence, infrastructure, renewables, marine, ports, and private education, giving you exposure to a wide variety of project types and procurement methods. Site visits will also keep you close to the action.
What you'll need
* Experience of estimating and cost planning,
* Familiarity with Australian construction legislation, standards, and procurement frameworks
* Proficiency in cost-management software and reporting tools, with AIQS or RICS accreditation (or working towards it)
* Ability to present cost advice clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment
