Act as personal assistant to the Divisional Directors of Midwifery, Nursing, and Medical. Deliver administrative support to senior managers, divisional committees, and working groups. Coordinate and contribute to human resources, business operations, and administrative services. Lead and support divisional projects and undertake other duties as required. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Effective time management skills to coordinate appointments and manage diaries/schedules. Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team with minimum supervision and produce outcomes. Ability to demonstrate initiative to improve systems or procedures within set guidelines and policies. Experience providing administrative support to senior managers in a complex environment. Demonstrated experience in transcribing, proof reading, minute taking and editing of medical documents to meet required standards.
