Lead Venue Experience Manager
Venue Managers play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our iconic venue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating their team to create an environment that exceeds customer expectations.
* Develop and train the team to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service
* Manage day-to-day operations, including open/close procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting, rostering, and assisting guests
* Bring passion for good food and creating memorable moments for our guests
* Be creative and develop new business initiatives to drive growth
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Strong customer focus with ability to build relationships with locals
* Outstanding leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop your team
* Proven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venue
* Financial and business acumen coupled with operational expertise to deliver operational targets and vision
* Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills, including working in a matrix organisation
* Industry licences and accreditation, including RSA/RSG/RCG, Wagering Accreditation (amend according to state requirements)
* Able to meet state liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirements
