Based in Melbourne (or open torelocating)you'llplay a critical role in driving sales growth and market share by executing strategic sales plans, building strong customerrelationshipsand delivering operational excellence.You'lllead a high-performing, safety-focused team, whilst working collaboratively with teams across Lion to achieve growth & execution plans. Your Mission:
* Deliver with Impact: Execute the state sales plan to deliver executional targets, exceeding volume,revenueand market share goals.
* Engage in the Marketplace: Nurture productive, mutually beneficial business relationships with customers and industry associations, being an ambassador for Lion at customer,sponsorshipand industry events.
* Collaborate for Success: Collaborate internally to deliver against business priorities and lead On Premise channel meetings, Field Leadership briefings and Sales planning forums.
* Negotiate and Persuade: Represent Lion inPourageRights deals, owning negotiation strategy and long‐term value creation.
* Drive Operational Excellence: Embed Lion processes,technologyand tools across the state field sales team.
* Lead and Coach: Create,developand lead a high-performing team, driving team engagement and championing a high‐growth culture.
