Customer Service Representative
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe environment for customers, colleagues, and yourself.

o Coordinate bus replacements and facilitate safe train departures during disruptions

Requirements:

o Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

o Ability to work independently and proactively without supervision
* Strong verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
