VANI-T is an established Australian beauty brand with over 21 years in the industry, recognised for innovation, clean beauty, and high-performance products. Our products are trusted by a global community including celebrities, influencers, beauty editors, and salon professionals. We operate across DTC eCommerce, salons, pharmacies, and international distribution.

As we enter a focused growth phase, we are seeking a commercially driven Head of Growth – Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth and build scalable, high-impact marketing systems. This is a rare and career-defining opportunity to play a pivotal role in the next chapter of a leading global beauty brand.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, leadership and execution-focused role for a growth operator, not a brand-only marketer. You are a strategic, commercially minded leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering marketing strategies that translate directly into revenue.

You will own revenue growth across all channels, lead sales-driven marketing execution, and ensure social media is leveraged as a conversion, community, and discovery channel — not just for brand awareness. Working closely with the CEO and internal teams, this role prioritises the highest-impact growth levers and collaborates with internal teams and partners to scale VANI-T across DTC, wholesale, pharmacy, and salon channels.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth

* Drive revenue growth across DTC, wholesale, pharmacy, and salon channels
* Plan and execute sales-led campaigns including product launches, bundles, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
* Optimise conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and repeat purchase performance
* Identify and activate new growth opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels

Wholesale, Pharmacy & B2B Growth

* Support wholesale, salon, and trade partners through launches, education, promotions, and POS initiatives via a remote, centrally led model
* Work closely with Australian and international distributors and stockists to drive sustained sell-through, not just initial orders
* Partner with the existing pharmacy agency to support execution and performance across pharmacy channels

Marketing & Campaign Execution

* Build and manage an integrated marketing calendar aligned to revenue targets
* Work with the Marketing team to ensure campaigns, assets, and messaging are disruptive, conversion-focused, commercially driven, and challenge category norms
* Brief, manage, and optimise key channels including paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok), influencers and affiliates, email and SMS, and PR
* Translate brand storytelling into measurable sales outcomes
* Develop persuasive sales presentations and execute promotional plans across the portfolio

Social Media & Content (Growth-Led)

* Work with the internal social and marketing team to plan and publish content aligned to launches, campaigns, and promotions, with a clear focus on discovery and conversion
* Leverage UGC, influencer content, before-and-after results, education, and offers to drive performance
* Track social performance across the full funnel, from engagement through to conversion

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is

* Highly commercial and revenue-driven
* Comfortable working autonomously with strong accountability
* Confident managing priorities in a fast-moving growth environment
* Committed to ensuring every brand touchpoint aligns with overarching brand objectives

Must-have experience

* 3+ years' experience driving sales and revenue growth (beauty, FMCG, or adjacent categories preferred)
* Experience across DTC, pharmacy, salon, or wholesale channel
* Hands-on experience across paid advertising, email and SMS, social media, influencer, PR, and affiliate marketing
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Confidence working with platforms including Shopify, Omnisend, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
* Actively stays across FMCG and beauty industry trends and competitor activity
* Bonus experience: An understanding of AI-driven discovery, including TikTok search and AI search optimisation

Role Structure & Compensation

* Part-time role, with the opportunity to transition into full-time (if desired)
* Remote with flexible working arrangements and occasional in-person touchpoint days, designed to support different working styles and life stages
* While head office is located in Adelaide, this role is open to candidates based anywhere in Australia
