Our Managers, Are The Driving Force Behind Maximising Sales, Ensuring Seamless Operations, And Fostering a Positive, Engaging Atmosphere For Your Team. To Thrive Here, You Should Ideally Have
* Management / Leadership experience.
* A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
* The ability to motivate and inspire your team.
* Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
* Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
* Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting
