This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact solutions and ensuring client success in the fast-evolving world of YouTube and Online Video (OLV) advertising.What You'll Be DoingServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing trusted relationships that drive long-term value.Lead campaign kick-off calls, gather requirements, and translate client needs into actionable briefs.Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely delivery of client solutions.Provide ongoing performance insights, preparing clear reports and recommendations that support client goals and highlight value delivered.Identify growth opportunities organically, focusing on deepening engagement and aligning additional solutions to evolving client needs, without hard selling.Stay informed on digital trends and platform innovations to bring fresh thinking to your clients.Champion the client experience, advocating for their needs internally and ensuring service excellence across every touchpoint.What You Bring5+ years of experience in Account Management/client servicing, customer success, or strategic relationship management with strong experience in YouTube, OLV, or programmatic.A proven track record of farming and a solution-oriented approach to challengesDeep understanding of the evolving digital media landscapeExceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skillsResilience, ambition, and a hunger to grow with a game-changing companyWhy Join Silverpush?
