About the Role
This is a part-time opportunity where you will work closely with service managers and frontline teams to deliver high-quality administrative support. Your duties will include providing administrative assistance, managing travel arrangements, maintaining office files, and supporting scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support including correspondence, data entry, and report preparation
* Manage travel arrangements, rosters, client billing, and financial documentation
* Maintain and secure office files and records
* Support scheduling, staff timesheets, and reporting processes within relevant systems

Requirements
* Certificate III in Business or equivalent
* Minimum two years' experience in administration, secretarial, or clerical roles
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
