Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager who is looking to relocate to Queensland. The role involves opportunities with leading developer builders and head D&C contractors in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. Current opportunities include high rise luxury apartments, mixed-use commercial, sporting facilities, and industrial new build projects.
The Role
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of new build projects. This role suits someone with a proven track record in managing commercial/high rise residential/industrial new build projects with excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of new build construction projects from initiation to completion.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
* Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.
Requirements
* Serious plans to relocate to Queensland.
* Previous experience in managing new build construction projects.
* Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
