Production Leadership Opportunity

A passionate and experienced food production leader with a strong background in high-end hospitality kitchens or large-scale bakery operations is required.
Key responsibilities include managing teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
A strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP), workplace safety, and regulatory compliance is essential for this role.
Other key duties include controlling costs, managing inventory, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining operational safety standards, overseeing equipment maintenance, and driving product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Optimize production schedules to ensure quality, efficiency, and minimal waste.
* Develop and manage a high-performing production team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Control costs and manage inventory to ensure timely, quality supplies within budget.
* Maintain operational safety standards and oversee equipment maintenance and fault management.
* Oversee food safety, HACCP compliance, and workplace safety policies.
* Drive product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
