We are seeking a dedicated individual to deliver a fair, efficient, and cost-effective workers' compensation service across various health sectors.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the effective management of claims, processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with teams to foster open communication and resolve issues.

* Key Duties:
* Driving the efficient and equitable management of straightforward, short-term claims.
* Processing vital financial transactions from payroll to invoices.
* Maintaining accurate records of claim details using our data system.
* Partnering with various teams to foster open communication and resolve issues.
* Identifying and implementing smarter ways of managing claims to enhance service delivery and financial performance.

Requirements:

* Proven ability to work effectively within teams and autonomously.
* Good interpersonal skills including effective communication at all levels.
* Administrative skills, database management, and client-focused services experience.
* Experience in providing advice on worker's compensation claims and delivering high-quality care.
* Low risk claims management experience.
