The Drive Group has partnered with a large Australian brand that is undergoing a significant payroll transformation. This role is for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team to focus on functional design, system configuration specification, and validation, while reviewing business processes, requirements, and procedure definition. The position will provide a 2‑year transformation project with ongoing support to a Senior BA who will also serve as a mentor.
To be successful you MUST HAVE:
Business Analyst experience
Payroll Transformation experience
MUST HAVE
Functional Design and system configuration skills
Change Management exposure
Experience working with vendors
Strong documentation and requirement gathering abilities
Strong stakeholder management skills
This role is a 12‑month rolling contract working in a hybrid setting. A coachable mindset is preferred, and there may be an opportunity to transition into permanent employment. The selection process involves a two‑stage interview and requires a background check.
