About the Role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with SafeWork NSW at district and state levels to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
* This includes monitoring WHS activities, identifying potential hazards, and taking prompt action to mitigate any risks.
* The Coordinator will also provide regular updates to the Service Manager on the status of WHS activities and any incidents or hazards that have been identified.
* In addition, the Coordinator will oversee audits, assessments, and accreditation processes to ensure that our organization is meeting all relevant standards.
* Travel to rural sites may be required as part of this role.
