The Role:
* Take all initial enquiries, work through leads and register EOI's
* Present purchasers with options available (in stock) and also the choice of facades, layouts and colour schemes
* Sell Land, and proactively work with Builders to produce Packages to go‑to‑market
* Understand and assess client's needs & provide suitable solutions
* Attend launch & networking events that showcase the Estate
* Negotiate and close sales
About You:
* Experience with Masterplanned projects, selling New Homes and/or Land
* Ideally have Builder relationships in the region
* Proactive, enjoy jumping on the phones and socializing around the site to draw people in
* Required to work weekends
* Knowledge of, and living local to, the Hunter Valley
