Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Manager based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Service Manager will oversee customer service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a team to deliver high-quality support. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, resolving escalated issues, analyzing customer feedback, and developing strategies to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
* Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate customer feedback and performance metrics
* Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey information clearly
* Leadership and team management experience to effectively motivate and guide a customer service team
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools is advantageous
* Capability to maintain a customer-centric approach and resolve issues efficiently
* Adaptability to a hybrid work environment
