**The Role**
Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Lead, encourage and build continuous improvement capabilities across the business
- Bring your ideas to the table; Develop initiatives to ensure the continual improvement of existing credit processes.
- Setting, monitoring and updating customer credit limits where necessary
- Risk analysis, identifying high risk customers & evaluate to reduce likelihood of bad debts
- Assessment of insured limits
- Management of your allocated debtors ledger and provide sound advice on minimising bad debts.
- Liaise with Branch managers of late payments and trading extensions
- Demonstrates natural leadership experience through professional and personal means
- Highly organised and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A passion for continuous improvement in process and efficiency, display curiosity and the ability to challenge current processes and procedures
- Demonstrate initiative and be proactive in investigating and adopting new technologies to achieve a competitive advantage.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team in a fast faced, progressive and digital environment
