About the Role
* The primary objective of the BDM is to prospect for new clients and convince potential clients to do business with TCS.
* The BDM must also strategize, present and report information on designated accounts and sales results to the ISU and Geo teams.
* This senior Sales role is strategic to the development of the business in the Public Services vertical.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
* Generate leads through personal and professional network and research.
* Meet potential clients within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
* Articulate and manage the TCS value proposition, with support from global practices and TCS Industry vertical.
* Consultative Services sales ability & strategic selling skills.
* Relationship building with influencers, decision-makers and CXOs.
* Develop good working relationships with TCS internal personnel both within ANZ and overseas.
