About the Role
We are seeking an Associate with three to five years of post-admission experience in regulated corporate transactions, with a focus on M&A, IPOs and secondary advisory work.
This is a great opportunity for you to join a supportive team with a strong focus on mentorship of junior lawyers.
You can expect to work for multiple partners in a collaborative national team, which ensures you are continuously being upskilled by working on a broad range of matters. You can expect to learn, be mentored and be coached by senior lawyers in these areas to ensure a successful progression of your career development.
As part of our Corporate team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile corporate transactions within Australia and globally.
About You
You have gained experience working on corporate transactions, such as mergers & acquisitions (private and/or public), IPOs and/or ECM.
You want to be part of a team which works on a range of matters in Australia and takes advantage of our global footprint.
Your high-quality drafting and advice writing skills, combined with your analytical mindset and willingness to work on challenging matters will see you succeed in our collaborative, team-oriented, high-performance Corporate team.
