We are looking for experienced Rope Access Technicians to join our Mining – Geotechnical team across our Western Australia operations. Casual positions with FIFO arrangements from Perth and flexible rosters – day shift only. The Role This role involves using specialized techniques and equipment to access and perform tasks in challenging environments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct rope access works, ensuring projects run smoothly and according to scope Rope access equipment inspections and pre-use checks EZY-ID Equipment Checks Installation of ground support anchors, mesh and accessories Scaling via Rope Access Grouting/Concreting/ Shotcreting Implement testing where required/requested Liaising with the Site Manager/Supervisor regarding any issues Operating equipment such as pneumatic drills & telehandlers Maintaining all equipment The successful applicant will have: Rope Access Level 1, 2 or 3 IRATA Certification Geotechnical experience C Class Drivers Licence (Manual) First Aid & CPR Certification Work Safely at Heights Certification Good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance Desirables Elevated Work Platform Certification Heavy Rigid Licence Rigging License About Us SRG Global Mining Services is a leading drill and blast provider that offers an integrated range of complementary technical services to significantly improve safety and productivity on your mine site.
