We are seeking an experienced Web-to-Print Workflow Developer to work on site in Healesville, supporting the development and management of our XMPie stores and integrated production workflows.
This is a hands‐on role connecting coding, data and automation directly into print production.
About the Role
This position is for an experienced Web-to-Print Workflow Developer responsible for developing, managing and supporting online ordering portals and integrated production workflows across our digital print systems.
You will focus on connecting web platforms with prepress and digital production, ensuring online orders translate accurately into production‐ready jobs. The role involves hands‐on system configuration, structured data handling and workflow automation within an active production environment.
Working closely with the Business Development Manager, Prepress team and Support Partners, you will help maintain efficient, reliable workflows while contributing to ongoing digital improvement across the business.
Your day‐to‐day will include:
* Develop, manage and optimise XMPie StoreFlow/uStore portals
* Integrate online ordering platforms into prepress and digital production workflows
* Support integration with FreeFlow Core, MIS systems and client platforms
* Assist in workflow automation and efficiency improvements as we scale
* Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues across systems
* Collaborate with production staff to ensure online orders flow cleanly into print
* Support client portal development and continuous improvement
About You
We're looking for someone who is confident working with data, workflow systems and web‐to‐print platforms, and who enjoys a practical, team‐oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience with web‐to‐print platforms (XMPie preferred) or similar systems
* Be confident working with structured data (JSON/XML)
* Be highly competent in Excel
* Understand system integration and workflow connectivity
* Enjoy problem‐solving within existing platforms and constraints
* Communicate clearly and confidently with team members and clients
* Be comfortable working on site as part of a collaborative production team
* Have reliable transport to our Healesville site
