RCG have an exciting opportunity for a Crane and Rigging Supervisor to join our site-based team in the Pilbara.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will champion safety, uplift team morale, and work across multiple projects including mining and construction sites. You will utilise your expertise to ensure we continue to deliver high standards of safety and efficient site operations.

About the role:
* Leading Site Operations: Directly supervising, mentoring, and managing the daily activities of Crane Operators and Riggers.
* Safety Leadership: Driving a proactive safety culture, ensuring strict compliance with all site safety procedures, legislative requirements, and RCG standards. Conducting risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety observations.
* Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Serving as the key RCG point of contact on site, building positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
* Operational Efficiency: Effectively managing crane utilisation, planning lifts, overseeing manpower, and optimising resource allocation.
* Continuous Improvement: Reviewing work processes and identifying opportunities to enhance safety, productivity, and efficiency.
* Team Development: Providing effective coaching and mentoring to foster skill development within the crane and rigging team.
About you:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the mining / oil and gas / civil / construction / heavy haulage industry.
* Section 44 Certificate or equivalent Schedule 26 qualification.
* Must hold a Valid Driving License, OHS construction induction card and have a current HRWL with a CO and Riggers classification.
* Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in safety leadership.
* You must be able to pass a full medical and adhere to fitness for work policies and procedures.
* A valid National Police Clearance or a willingness to obtain one.
