Remote Accommodation Manager Job Opportunity
This is a unique chance to oversee a remote eco-accommodation property in Queensland, offering the opportunity to live and work off-grid amidst nature.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of day-to-day operations, guest services, housekeeping, kitchen/bar, and maintenance
* Management of reservations, online bookings, and guest communication using a Property Management System (PMS)
* Leadership of staff including onboarding, task delegation, training, and rostering
* Hands-on work across departments during peak periods or staff absences
* Stock control, budget monitoring, and basic bookkeeping
* Ensuring compliance with WHS and environmental standards
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have strong attention to detail.
