Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3aa15x Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/38caxd Quality Officer - 60 hours per fortnight, continuing position. n - Location negotiable. n Take the next step in your career with Catholic Care Victoria. n About the Position The aim of Risk, Assurance and Compliance is to provide support to the everyday running and efficiency of CCV. n The stream also provides support and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders around meeting the corporate obligations and responsibilities of the organisation, in addition to providing tools and technology that support the client delivery team members and ensure their common tools (systems) are safe and suitably productive. n The position supports the operational responsibility for the Risk, Assurance and Compliance to support quality, viability, innovation and growth in service delivery and professional practice across Catholic Care Victoria. n The Quality Officer is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting CCV's quality assurance and clinical governance activities. n Specifically, the position is responsible for: n - Oversight in conjunction with the Risk, Assurance and Compliance team of quality and audit frameworks as required for effective, safe and high quality service delivery at CCV. - Key quality activities including, Clinical Governance, Rainbow Tick, Reconciliation Action Plan, Safeguarding and Diversity and Inclusion, with input from Owners of Quality plans and Subject Matter Experts in each area. - Actively work to build and enhance the CCV safe service delivery culture. - Managing and maintaining the enterprise quality register, including developing a regular quality reporting cadence for Senior Clinical Staff Executives and Management. n To be considered for this position, you will require: n - Relevant tertiary qualification, in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health or a similar discipline - Preferable post graduate qualifications - Preferrable Lead Auditor or Quality Management System Implementation - Proven success as a quality management expert, ideally in the social services sector or comparable environment, with expertise in implementing quality frameworks - Proven experience in developing insightful reports, presentations, and management reporting systems, with strong attention to detail in document review, proofreading, and analysis to ensure accuracy and a high standard of presentation -
