The Opportunity

Due to the growth of the college, Islamic College of Brisbane is seeking a friendly, organised, and service-focused Enrolments Support Officer to join our Business and Operations team. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm during term-time only.

This role plays a key part in supporting the College's enrolments function and front-line reception services, helping to ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient experience for families, students, and visitors. Working closely with the Enrolments Experience Officer and administration team, you will assist with enrolment processes, reception support, and student transport administration.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the enrolments process, including enquiries, applications, interviews, and record management
* Provide front-line reception assistance, greeting visitors and responding to phone and email enquiries
* Assist with student administration and data entry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Support the administration of College bus routes, registrations, and transport records
* Communicate clearly and professionally with families, staff, and external providers
* Assist with enrolment events such as open days and information sessions
* Maintain organised files, records, and a welcoming reception environment

Selection Criteria

* Previous experience or strong interest in administration, reception, or customer service
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Commitment to the Islamic ethos, values, and mission of the College
* Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented with strong attention to detail
* Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy school environment
* Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
* Comfortable using basic computer systems and administrative software
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow direction
* Willing to learn and adapt, with a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.85 – $31.32 per hour
